Redcurrant Spritz

With Sprigster, Gin, Sherry, Redcurrant, Salt and Cider or Tonic
A dry and tart spritz style cocktail inspired by English garden ingredients and Victorian traditions. The drink has tangy red fruit and bold appley notes, with a long salinity on the finish.

INGREDIENTS

25ml Sprigster
25ml Gin
25ml Sherry
20 redcurrants
Pinch of Salt
Dry aromatic cider to top

METHOD

Add all ingredients except for the cider to a shaker, shake hard over ice to break up the redcurrants then double strain into a wine glass with ice, top with cider and garnish with redcurrants and a sprig of mint.
