Boldly dry and refreshing
Sprigster Garden Brut
Sprigster Garden Brut combines sustainably sourced and garden grown fruits and botanicals to create what brewers call a mash. Gooseberries, rhubarb, ginger, hops and fennel seeds are slow-cooked in apple cider vinegar, left to steep in a cask for two weeks to marry the flavours, then strained and blended with our orchard apple reduction and topped up with Wiltshire spring water before carbonation.
Unlike many drinks, we choose not to filter ours. Filtering removes natural sediment and cloudiness but also strips out the flavour and health benefits. Our drinks can have a hint of cloudiness but are all the more delicious for it, and packed with wholesome goodness that’s better for your body.
"Actually, the best hangover-free stuff I’ve had lately is Sprigster’s Garden Brut from Tisbury’s terrific Pythouse Kitchen Garden. It’s a little fruity, and given a booze-like sharpness from the apple cider vinegar. If I make it to the end of the month dry, I imagine I’ll priggishly break out a bottle and toast myself for being so strong-willed. Attaboy.”

"Sprigster's latest bottled magic is a dry sparkling drink called Garden Brut, which includes hops, rhubarb and ginger and is genuinely quite astonishingly dry and delicious.”
